Via Staging
Established in 2016, we are a small staging company helping sellers and realtors prepare homes that are going to hit the market. Staging is the most powerful tool in the home selling process. The way you live in a home and the way you stage a home for selling purposes are very different. Home staging can take various forms, full-service staging, light staging, and staging consultations. Each of these tools are utilized to increase the appeal of the home and more importantly increase the home value.
Since we started in 2016, we have staged over 330 homes in the Seattle/Tacoma area. We work with realtors, flippers, and new construction companys in the area. Many of our real estate agents will tell you the same thing, staging is a key component to a successful home sale. In today’s open-concept layouts, it’s really important to help buyers visualize how a home’s living area is best used. Most people have a hard time gauging space and how to properly fill empty rooms.

Manny Nichols
Director of Operations
Manny has been around the real estate business for most of his life, a son of a realtor. Working with Via Staging for the last 5 years, Manny has found a great passion for home staging.
Dana Gleixner
Design Manager
Dana is a very talented when it comes to staging and interior design. She had many years of experience on multiple side of the real estate world including Commerical Real Estate, Property Management, and Real Estate Investing. She found her passion when it comes to home staging.
